Naval Hospital Jacksonville Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program Substance Abuse Counselor Malcolm Stewart joined the Marine Corps after turning 17 and found his passion for helping others during his service. He returned to Naval Air Station Jacksonville to serve 38 years counseling those in need and will be retiring with a combined 60 years.
