Dili, Timor-Leste (Feb. 22, 2025) – Detail Timor-Leste, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3 (NMCB-3) and 7th ESB Marines, attached to NMCB-3, are led by Construction Electrician 2nd Class Jason Duke from Murrieta, California, in warrior toughness breathing exercises. These exercises help Sailors and Marines practice how to calm and refocus their minds and bodies to reshape their focus on the task at hand. NMCB-3 serves as the stand-in engineering force for Commander U.S. 7th Fleet, executing high-quality construction operations, activities, and investments. The battalion operates at the unit-of-action level to support major combat operations in the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command area of operations, with expertise in airfield, waterfront, and advanced base construction.
