Dan "DB" Brown, commanding officer, Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), delivers remarks during the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Point Mugu Police Substation, Mar 20. NBVC is major shore warfighting platform; providing sustained ready forces to deploy, fight, and win.
