Col. Katherine J. Estes, center, conducts a question and answer session for the Japan Young Entrepreneurs Group of the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry March 8 as part of Camp Foster’s new “Friends of Foster” community relations program. The “Friends of Foster” program is a series scheduled to take place periodically throughout the year in which members of the local community get the opportunity to speak with the camp commander and participate in various activities around the camp.
