U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Nicholas Turchi, a network operations specialist, 148th Fighter Wing Communications Squadron, observes as a musher and his sled dog team pass a road crossing at a remote location outside of Grand Marais, Minnesota, March 3, 2025. The road crossing was staffed by personnel from the 148th Fighter Wing Communications Squadron during a winter training exercise which coincided with the 2025 Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon.
