The Defense Health Agency Graduate Medical Education Program is the premier platform for producing Medical Corps officers who are expert clinicians trained to the scope of practice required in the operational force and adjusted to the military Medical Corps culture and environment. Scout was assigned to work with students and residents to promote morale and enhance well-being, leading to enhanced communication, stronger social connections and improved task performance.
