Soldiers competing in Day Two of the FY25 USARPAC Career Counselor of the Year competition at Fort Shafter, Hawaii, are assessed on the Army Combat Fitness Test on Feb. 24, 2025. The ACFT evaluates key areas such as strength, endurance, and agility. Soldiers must be physically fit as part of the most lethal fighting force in the world. The competition winner will go on to represent Team USARPAC in April at the Head Quarters Department of Army. The Army hosts competitions like this to recognize and highlight the exceptional skills, dedication, and professionalism of career counselors, highlighting their essential role in guiding soldiers through their careers helping with reenlistment, career development, and overall retention.
