TIYAN, Guam - Bert Johnston, education director at the Guam Contractors Association Trades Academy gives feedback after classroom presentations by Sailors, known as Seabees, from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133 at the GCA Trades Academy in Tiyan, Jan. 30. The Seabees attended a three-day instructor class at the GCA Trades Academy to obtain training and tools to enhance their leadership skills and become certified instructors, while preparing for their deployment as the next Civic Action Team (CAT) in Palau, CAT 133-32.
