Sgt. Maj. Terry Grezlik (right), and Command Sgt. Maj. John Gioia, share a couple of quick observations as the senior enlisted leaders in the 6th Iraqi Army Division gather together for the first time to discuss issues within the division with Command Sgt. Maj. Ayad, who serves as the division's senior enlisted leader. Gioia, along with Grezlik, attended the meeting and encouraged the IA senior enlisted leaders to continue having the meetings and to work together as a team. Gioia is a native of Buffalo, N.Y., and serves as the senior enlisted leader with Multi-National Division – Baghdad and the 4th Infantry Division. Grezlik serves with the 6th Iraqi Army Military Transition Team and is assigned to the 4th Infantry Division.
