McKinley Arrington, Jr., from Hempstead, N.Y.; and Sgt. 1st Class Peter Swiderski from Ronkonkoma, N.Y., mourn the loss of two fellow Soldiers, Spc. Hernando Rios, and Sgt. Anthony Kalladeen, who were killed Aug. 7 when their patrol was hit by an improvised explosive device and small-arms fire.
