Cmdr. Chris J. Bushnell, commanding officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Paul Hamilton, is awarded the Meritorious Service Medal from Capt. Michael J. Salvato, commodore of Destroyer Squadron 21, during a change of command ceremony aboard the Battleship Missouri Memorial. Commander Brent E. Smith relieved Cmdr. Chris J. Bushnell as commanding officer.
