Religious Program Specialist 1st Class Edward S. Debaun, shakes hands with Gunnery Sgt. Robert L. Lower, fires chief, both with Command Element, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, after Debaun received a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal aboard USS Peleliu, March 6.
