YAP, Federated States of Micronesia (Jan. 16, 2025) – Major Orasio Leyva, center, assigned to 9th Mission Support Command (MSC), reviews scores for three events of the Candidate Fitness Assessment (CFA) with service members assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3 and local candidate Jemboi Adalbai, far right. NMCB-3 serves as the stand-in engineering force for Commander, U.S. 7th Fleet, executing high-quality construction operations, activities, and investments.
