U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Scott Nelson, a chemical, radiological, biological, and nuclear (CRBN) specialist with the 129th Civil Engineer Flight, California Air National Guard directs California National Guardsmen to align tent poles as they build a mobile living quarter for troops at Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, Calif., on Jan. 17, 2025. These Guardsmen constructed mobile barrack tents for troops to rest after their shifts at the stadium near the Eaton Fire. The mobile barrack tents are set up in a designated area with mobile bathrooms, washing stations, and trash cans, providing essential space for sleep and hygiene for the troops working during the fire mission.
