MG Deborah Kotulich, Deputy Chief of Army Reserve, hosted a Memorialization Ceremony at the newly-named SSG Richard S. Eaton Jr. Army Reserve Center on Fort Belvoir, April 23. The center, which opened in 1973, is the first Reserve Center named for an NCO and a Counterintelligence Agent.
