Marines with Support Platoon, 3rd Combat Engineer Battalion, Regimental Combat Team 5, work to place a 'Texas' barrier, which is a concrete protective barrier, into position at a new traffic control point in Baghdad, Iraq, May 4. The engineers have been working 24-hour shifts to complete this project for the Iraqi army. Members of the IA currently occupy a school house which is scheduled to be renovated and turned back over to the Baghdad residents in August, one month prior to the new school year.
