Nickolas Cormier, commander of the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, WRAIR. Capt. Cormier was promoted from the rank of 1st Lieutenant to the rank of Captain, during a ceremony held at WRAIR in Silver Spring, Maryland, July 12, 2024. The ceremony was led by Col. Lozano, and was attended by members of Capt. Cormier’s family as well as many of his WRAIR colleagues.
