Maryland Governor Wes Moore hosts the Army Navy Week Proclamation Ceremony at the Maryland State House in Annapolis, Md., Dec. 9, 2024. The ceremony is part of a week-long series of events leading up to the Army/Navy football game scheduled for December 14th at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Md.
