Competitors start the 54th WPW and 34th AFSAM Sniper Championship with an early morning as teams conduct the Stalk event at Fort Chaffee, Arkansas. The Stalk event tests stealth, fieldcraft, and precision to simulate real-world reconnaissance or sniper mission scenarios. The teams must approach a designated target area undetected across a natural terrain, identify their target, and then engage the target with a precision shot while maintaining concealment from the constant watch of spotters.
