Capt. Daniel Petrushev, 37th Bomb Squadron chief of flight safety, climbs down from a B1-B Lancer at Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota, Dec. 5, 2024. The 37th Bomb Squadron is assigned to the 28th Bomb Wing at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. Seventeen B-1Bs and 800 Airmen from Ellsworth AFB, will temporarily relocate to Grand Forks AFB, beginning this month. The temporary relocation of B-1Bs facilitates key basing actions for Ellsworth, without sacrificing readiness of the B-1B fleet. (U.S. Air Force Photo by Airman 1st Class Anthony Nunez-Pellicer)
