White, Director of the Advanced Infantry Training Center(AITC), speaks to the graduating class of Iraqi army and policemen at Camp Habbaniyah on February 29. U.S. Marines from the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF) teach the AITC Course which is designed to teach Iraqi Army and Policemen better marksmanship skills.
