U.S. Marine Corps Gunnery Sgt. Niko Azucenas, company training chief for Detachment D
Company, 4th Law Enforcement Battalion, Force Headquarters Group, Marine Forces Reserve,
secures a tent support, Jim Creek, Alaska, Nov. 19, 2024. Azucenas secured the tent support
while conducting cold-weather safety training to prepare for upcoming Toys for Tots events.
The Marines’ participation in this training prepares them to operate in harsh-weather conditions
above the arctic circle, familiarizing themselves with survival techniques, snowmobile operation
