Maj. Jonathan Lt. Col. Tossas was accompanied by friends and family during a ceremony held at the Puerto Rico National Guard JFHQ in San Juan, PR, on Nov. 26, 2024. In his remarks, Tossas thanked his family for the unconditional support during his military career. The Adjutant General of Puerto Rico, Maj. Gen. Miguel Mendez, acknowledged the contribution of the PRNG members and encouraged continued motivation, support, development, and growth. He congratulated Lt. Col. Tossas for his promotion, wishing him the greatest of success in this new phase of his career.
