Robert Ingraham, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) scientific recovery expert, utilizes a global navigation satellite system mapping tool to survey an area during an investigation mission in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Nov. 3, 2024. The goal of an investigation team is to follow up on the potential leads through interviewing potential witnesses, conducting on-site reconnaissance, and surveying terrain for safety and logistical concerns.
