Lieutenant Michael Vernon and Officer Lauren Peel not only serve together as DLA Land and Maritime Police Officers in Columbus, Ohio, they also train together in their on-site DLA gym. Their fitness goes above and beyond what the average person can accomplish. Lieutenant Vernon has vast knowledge about how to properly train and Officer Peel has competed in five national qualifying bodybuilding competitions placing first in her class each time.
