Marine Gen. John Paxton, Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps, congratulates the awardees after the ceremony aboard Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek – Fort Story in Virginia Beach, Va., Feb. 28. According to the citations read during the ceremony, these Marines greatly contributed to the expansion of the GDP-ISAF program and their considerable achievements, tireless efforts, and steadfast professionalism reflected great credit upon the unit, the United States Marine Corps and the United States of America.
