Munsch, commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa (NAVEUR-NAVAF), gives a speech during the ribbon cutting ceremony for the transfer of authority of the Aegis Ashore Missile Defense System at Naval Support Facility Redzikowo, Poland, to NATO Nov. 13, 2024. The fully operational U.S. Navy system is operating under NATO authority for the defense of the Alliance as part of a larger NATO missile defense architecture.
