Marine veteran Cpl. Luke Prentice, from Chicago, aims in on a target during a preliminary archery shoot on the second training day of 2013 Marine Corps Trials at Camp Pendleton, Calif., Feb. 27. The Marines with Wounded Warrior Regiment will compete in seven sports, including archery, cycling and basketball for a chance to win gold at the 2013 Marine Corps Trials and a chance to participate in the 2013 Warrior Games in May. Prentice, 28, was wounded by shrapnel from a mortar attack while deployed to Afghanistan. The Trials will take place March 1-6.
