Maj. Fred Oehler, officer in charge of the Wisconsin National Guard's 82nd Agribusiness Development Team, addresses family and friends during a brief ceremony Friday (Feb. 22) at the Armed Forces Reserve Center in Madison, Wis. The state's first agribusiness team deployed to Afghanistan's Kunar Province in April 2012, and reorganized in May due to a change in mission requirements. More than a dozen agribusiness specialists joined the Kunar Provincial Reconstruction Team, with the rest of the 82nd ADT performing security missions elsewhere until September, when they returned to Wisconsin.
