In compliance with the executive order of Jan. 3, 2013, troops from the Puerto Rico National Guard began the necessary trainings in order to execute Operation Task Force Secure Front in a joint effort with the Puerto Rico Police Department's Rapid Reaction Force Unit. These trainings cover use of force, warrant procedures, and applicable laws among others.
