Steven Nordhaus, the 30th Chief of the National Guard Bureau, hosts the retirement ceremony for Senior Enlisted Advisor Tony Whitehead, SEA to the chief, National Guard Bureau, Joint Base Myer Henderson Hall, Arlington, Virginia, Nov. 8, 2024.
