Vice Governor of Phitsanulok Province Jan Ratanaphichetchai, right, Royal Thai Army Lt. Gen. Ruecha Mansuk, center, and U.S. Marine Brig. Gen. Niel E. Mansuk is the advisor to the commanding general for the 3rd Region, Royal Thai Army. Thai service members are with the 302nd Engineer Battalion, Royal Thai Army. Nelson is the commanding general for 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force. Cobra Gold, in its 32nd iteration, is a multinational exercise that promotes regional prosperity, security and cooperation among partner militaries.
