Royal Thai Air Force, U.S. Marines turn up heat in Thailand

U.S. Marine and Royal Thai Air Force aircraft rescue firefighters conduct a bilateral live-fire burn drill Feb. 21 at Wing One RTAF base, Nakhon Ratchasima, Kingdom of Thailand, during exercise Cobra Gold 2013. The Thai aircraft rescue firefighters, from Wing One, RTAF, are identifiable by the orange stripes on their proximity gear. Exercises like CG 13 allow Thailand, the U.S. and other participating nations, to work together in areas of common interest for the betterment of regional security. The Marines are with Marine Wing Support Squadron 172, Marine Aircraft Group 36, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Vanessa Jimenez/Released)
