FORT INDIANTOWN GAP, Pa. – Pennsylvania National Guard Deputy Adjutant General-Air, Maj. Gen. Terrence L. Koudelka administers the oath of enlistment to Colton Arnold, who works for the Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs as a maintenance repairman. Following a recent job interview, Koudelka encouraged Arnold to enlist in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard further illustrating “every airman is a recruiter.” Arnold, 34, of Loyalton, Pa. is enlisting to become a cable and antenna technician with the Pa.
