U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Christian Brooks fires an M27 Infantry Automatic Rifle during an infantry competition on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 22, 2024. The competition tested Marines’ infantry skills while under physical duress and built esprit de corps among small units through friendly rivalries.
