Ciprian MARIN and his staff visit Auburn University’s Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) to discuss the benefits of ROTC with Auburn’s leadership and cadets, Oct. 18, 2024, with the goal of establishing ROTC programs in Romania.
