Commander of Kosovo Forces Regional Command East, U.S. Army Col. Jason Baker, presides over the Transfer of Authority ceremony for the RC-E Maneuver Battalion at Camp Novo Selo, Kosovo, Oct. 20, 2024. U.S. Army Lt. Col.
