Norfolk Naval Shipyard Federal Managers Association 24/25 school year scholarship recipient Amira Gaddis, Daughter of Temporary Project Facilities Branch (Code 986) Engineering Technician Ebony Manier, received one of five scholarships that are awarded to the children of shipyard employees. Gaddis will be attending her freshman year at the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, Virginia. Federal Managers Association has been awarding scholarships to NNSY employee’s family members for several years.
