A Djibouti military member assigned to the Rapid Intervention Battalion (BIR) of the Djibouti Armed Forces participates in a safety briefing with U.S. military members assigned to the U.S. Army Maneuver Advisor Team 2311 (MAT), 3rd Squadron, 2nd Security Force Assistance Brigade at Ali Oune, Djibouti, Oct. 17, 2024.
