U.S. Army Maj. Aaron Gaber, a Jewish chaplain with the 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 28th Infantry Division, Pennsylvania National Guard, teaches Soldiers about the Jewish holiday of Sukkot. Sukkot is a harvest festival celebrated following the holidays of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. A sukkah (temporary shelter) is set up for gatherings and acts as a reminder of the forty years the Jewish people spent in the desert following the biblical flight from Egypt. The sukkah was built using on-hand material by the unit's engineers. (U.S. Army National Guard photo by Staff Sgt. John Mateja)
