Capt. Roman Izzo, a Houston native and commander of Company C, 1st Battalion, 66th Armor Regiment, attached to the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, in support of Multi-National Division -- Baghdad, uses his translator May 2 to explain to an Iraqi resident of the Baghdad-al Jidida community how to complete the claims process. Izzo, a native of Houston, stopped at the residence to inspect any damage done to the surrounding area when a firefight broke out between U.S. Soldiers and criminals the night before.
