Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) technicians from the 19th Civil Engineer Squadron carry a patient during a Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Combat Lifesaver (Tier 2) course at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, April 25, 2024.
