GREAT LAKES, Ill. (October 3, 2024) Engineman 1st Class Mark Licuanan receives a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal from Naval Station Great Lakes (NSGL) Commanding Officer Capt. Stephen M. Yargosz aboard NSGL, October 4. Licuanan received the award for his outstanding efforts in his role as leading petty officer of NSGL's unacompannied housing department.
