Army Maj. Gen. John MacDonald, deputy commander of Installation Management Command, tests a motorcycle simulator to get a feel for how a bike would handle. The simulator is part of Installation Management Command expansion of its support to units in the field. The command provides mobile trainers, motorcycles and portable classrooms.
