U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Joey Cruz with Recruit Training Regiment, introduces the staff of Drill Instructor School during the graduation ceremony for class 4-24 at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, California, Sept. 25, 2024. For the past 11 weeks the newly graduated drill instructors enhanced their leadership qualities, command presence, instructional ability, physical fitness and knowledge of selected officers and staff noncommissioned officers in order to successfully perform the duties of a drill instructor.
