U.S. Marines from 2nd Distribution Support Battalion, Combat Logistics Regiment 2, 2nd Marine Logistics Group and Combat Logistics Company 21 move toward a C-17 Globemaster III assigned to the 16th Airlift Squadron, 437th Operations Group, 437th Air Wing from Charleston, South Carolina, during a logistics support specialist training at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, Sept. 18, 2024. Hosted by MCAS Cherry Point, the training provided Marines from 2nd DSB hands-on experience with various equipment, while fostering interoperability by working with Air Force personnel to strengthen joint logistics capabilities.
