Royal Thai Marines with Engineer Company, Marine Division and U.S. Marines with Marine Wing Support Squadron 172, Marine Aircraft Group 36, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force run alongside community members while participating in a sports day at Ban Nam Chiao Elementary School in Lam Ngob District, Trat province, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 14. Community members hosted the sports day in appreciation of Royal Thai and U.S. Marines constructing a new classroom at the school during Exercise Cobra Gold 2013 (CG 13). CG 13 forces conduct engineering civic assistance projects, cooperative health engagements and other civil-military activities in Thailand to promote regional prosperity, security and cooperation among partner militaries.
