U.S. Airmen set up medical litters on a HC-130J Combat King II, assigned to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base’s 79th Expeditionary Rescue Squadron, during a combat search and rescue exercise over the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility August 31, 2024.
