U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Michael Spikes, a radio frequency transmissions systems specialist assigned to the 165th Communications Squadron, Georgia Air National Guard, pulls cables for the Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC) at the Augusta Readiness Center, September 29, 2024. The 165th JISCC trailer is providing communications support to the Georgia National Guard’s tactical operations center through wired and wireless internet, wireless IP phones, voice-over- IP phones, commercial internet, and the DoD Network.
