Lt. Cmdr. Claus Ullstad, Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Unit San Antonio officer in charge, performs master of ceremony duties during the ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly established NMRTU San Antonio on Joint Base San Antonio – Fort Sam Houston, Texas, Sept. 30, 2024. NMRTU San Antonio handles all United States Navy personnel going through JBSA - FSH for training and readiness.
